Cat Supplies Canada knows that security is very important to our clients. As such we use SSL (an internet standard) to protect our clients when they make payments through our store. We never pass credit card numbers by email or in an unsecured manner and we never store unencrypted data on this site.
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. IMPORTANT: Be sure to supply us with your EXACT billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. ALL "bill to" addresses must be a perfect match to what your credit card issuer has on file for you. If not, this could delay your order for up to 48 hours while we contact you for the proper "bill to" address.
This site has been accepted for and uses both of the Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode client protection systems.

Pricing, Shipping Policy & Options
All prices are in US dollars. Cat Supplies Canada ships throughout the USA, Canada and to some international destinations. When you begin the checkout process and select your location, our system will provide you with the shipping options available in your area and you may then select the method you prefer.
All shipments originate from London, Ontario, Canada and rates are calculated from that point. We primarily use the services of Canada Post which include Priority Courier, XpressPost and Regular Parcel. Canada Post integrates with the US Postal Service and UPS for delivery into the USA.
We have an 10:00 AM (EST) order receipt cut-off for same day shipments. Orders received after 10:00 AM (EST) will typically ship the next business morning. If we are out of stock, which happens infrequently but does happen, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.
PST of 8% will be added to Ontario destination shipments only. GST of 5% will be added to all Canadian destinations or 13% HST for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland destinations.
Return Policy
At Cat Supplies Canada, your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for any products that are returned to us in original condition, shipping paid, within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the product. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Should your order be returned by default (eg. held at post office as several attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, etc, we will ship it back to you provided you pay for the shipping again.
